My summary is as follows:
When someone disagrees with you, we tend to assume THEY are wrong and make the following assumptions:
1. They are wrong because they are ignorant. So the answer is to teach them.
2. They are wrong because they are stupid. They simply cannot follow our correct arguments.
3. But if they are not stupid, then they are wrong because they are evil.
