That’s just crabbing on a larger scale. Alaskan bush pilots do it all the time, even on icy runways. Crazy seeing that with a 777 though. Glad they were all ok.

Flew a twin prop to Roswell, NM once. The entire flight there was at that same 45dg angle. And that was the last time I flew to Roswell!!
