‘What we offer the world is not ourselves or our moral example or our spiritual integrity. What we offer the world is our broken lives, saying, “We are sinners saved by grace.” What we offer the world is Jesus Christ and him crucified.’

I agree.
The way I word it is I am a redeemed sinner, with both aspects operable. It is my choice which decisions I make, in the redeemed direction or the other.
I like this statement. People need to see us as sinners saved by the grace of God. But, they also need to see sinners that have been changed…gloriously changed by the grace and power of God. They need to see people who have been changed to a new creation in Christ Jesus.
Amen?
