NBC broke into its regularly scheduled programming yesterday with the news bulletin that you see above. They announced the sudden death of Tim Russert, their premier political analyst and long-time host of “Meet the Press.” He will be missed.
Psalm 90:12
So teach us to number our days,

This is very, very sad. Russert was as good as they say he was. I will miss hearing his predictions and insights. I gained a lot of respect for his insight during the past couple elections and would have weighted his comments more heavily this cycle than perhaps any other TV personality.

I DVR’d today’s Meet The Press to watch when we got home. It was a great tribute to Mr. Russert.
My wife and I broke down at the end of the show when they replayed last years Fathers Day words of Tim to his dad and son.
