As far as I can tell, Obama can give great speeches that are short on details, has an uberliberal voting record and is a product of the Chicago political machine. All 3 of these concern me greatly if he wins in Nov.

His views on abortion are nauseating. He is to the left of Kennedy and Boxer – that’s a hard place to get to on accident.

On a related note, McCain had better wise up and not pick a pro-choice candidate. What he will hear from the religious right is the deafening sound of chirping crickets on election day. I would be surprised if he actually went through with it (the current rumors that he might do so).

Scott, I would just be curious about which of Obama’s policies has secured your vote for him? I ask because I am simply curious and not looking for a battle here. I hear a lot about “change,” but that is getting a little worn. What has he done that makes him ready to be president? 143 days in the Senate before he started the process. I do not argue that McCain is the best by any stretch, but I am simply curious about what specifically has Obama done to win your allegiance? Just curious, and that is all.

The 2008 contest, as all recent presidential elections, will be decided by an increasingly large percentage of voters who are “moderates.” It is hard to imagine what these voters need to see to delineate the stark differences between Obama & McCain. Perhaps knowledge of these types of extreme positions will be what it takes to convince many of these undecideds that BO is way too far to the left.

Only the most rabid pro-abortion voters would support such a dreadful point-of-view on life. It is imperative that we beat the drum on the radical Obama agenda before November. The mainstream media has no interest in doing so.

Obama equates babies with STD’s. They are both punishments for “mistakes”.

I’ve got two daughters. 9 years old and 6 years old. I am going to teach them first of all about values and morals. But if they make a mistake, I don’t want them punished with a baby. I don’t want them punished with an STD at the age of 16.
