McLaren in Louisville This Weekend

Brian McLaren will be preaching in Louisville this weekend in Saints Hall at Saint Matthews Episcopal Church. The event will be held at 7pm, Sunday, May 23, and the address for the church is 330 North Hubbards Lane. You can download a flyer with all the details here. The flyer indicates that he will be talking about his new book “A New Kind of Christianity.” Anybody want to go?

    Oh, I already thought of that. McLaren is at 7pm. “Lost” starts at 9pm.

    I’ll be there! I listened to him when he spoke at Highland Baptist Church about a year ago. It was appalling. It’s sad that heresy is so appealing.

    you guys are the ones giving the rest of us bad names…i disagree with mclaren as much as the next guy, but you guys are sad

    and Dr. Burk, why would you go? You eviscerated him at the forum a couple weeks ago, so you know what the talk’s gonna be about…whats the point?
