I would say this is one for the history books, yes, the Texas USC game was great as well, but the probabilities that you saw dashed against the rocks in this game can never be matched. Do you actually know the likeability of a hook and ladder working? and on 4th and 18!? i mean really, and then to keep following it by trick play after trick play, seriously, that game was the best! There we had three 3 exciting top draft picks, two undefeated teams, and the national championship wrapped up in one bowl game. Oh, and it was an amazing game, like last night's, with a finish just as exciting if not as unexpected. As for the playoffs, football remains the only NCAA sport [read: amateur competition] with an arbitrary "Championship". Follow the money... [read: professional] One of the best games ever, but let us not forget last year’s epic Texas-USC matchup.
